This weekend, Rtexal Tan, editor of Mountain and Trail running in Asia, visited Gothenburg. He is from Singapore and is this year in Stockholm as an exchange student. He survived the swedish drink Glögg on saturday evening and we were out this morning for a run. Johan joined us this rainy, stormy but quite warm day. We headed north for the lakes Delsjöarna. After 40 minutes, Johan ran into a branch and started to bleed a lot from his head. No meaning for him to continue so he had to turn back again. I and Rtexal ran to the hill Brudarebacken and then the to the ridge Getryggen. It was very windy on the tops but nevertheless nice running. We followed small single tracks south and then rounded the coffehouse Bertilssons stuga. We ran the trail south of the lakes in a steady pace before heading home again. It was a good morning, finally some long distance running again.
Total: 2.42h and 554 meters of ascent.
